I’m Judge Tyler Frazier, and I’m proud to serve the people of Madison County, Kentucky from Richmond, Kentucky. My commitment to this community is personal. My roots are here, my family is here, and I care deeply about a court system that treats every person with dignity and respect.

Before taking the bench, I worked as a felony prosecutor, then in private practice handling criminal defense and real estate matters, and later served as attorney for the City of Richmond. I earned my law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law and have spent my career seeing the justice system from every angle which helps me bring a steady, practical approach to the courtroom. I believe District Court is “where the rubber meets the road,” and my goal is simple: build trust through fairness, clear communication, and an efficient court that people can navigate without confusion.
